@stroughtonsmith If I was in the EU, I'd probably go for this. So much of it seems arbitrary, but I'd bet on Apple extending the 3 years indefinitely or the EU ruling that the CTF doesn't comply with the DMA. Certainly a risk and sucks to base a business on, though.
