@jden Any edit to a template or blog settings counts as a modification. I've written a little about how Hugo is used but it's probably not documented in one place... I should update the help. Micro.blog does a few tricks, including caching content files. Also it's more efficient if the CDN is enabled because it doesn't need to include assets with the build.
